There is a 25% re-stocking fee on returned shoes. Please Allow up to 3 weeks for credit to appear in your account from the day we receive the return. Merchandise must be "received" by no later than 14 days after our ship date.
To qualify for a 100% merchandise refund or credit, please comply with the following 3 steps:
1. No credit is given for any shipping and handling.
2. NO DAMAGE of ANY KIND WILL BE ACCEPTED - such as shopworn, sun-fading, finger prints, hanger marks, perfume, smoke or cosmetic smell, writing on hang tags, worn or washed items, etc.
3. All original tags, bags, wrappings, display boxes, shoe & boot boxes, hangers, etc. must be returned as new.
TERMS/POLICY
A Tracking number is provided for all orders.
Orders with a cleared payment are processed in the order that we receive the funds. Most orders go out within the same day, or 2nd, or 3rd days, "THEN" your order is given to UPS or U.S. Postal Service. Please do not count Saturday or Sunday, (99.99% of all orders get out within 5 working days.) "AFTER", the order is given to UPS or USPS in San Diego, Ca, the delivery time takes from 1 to 5 business days for ground service to the 48 states.
For example: to California, it takes 1 or 2 business days ground delivery time; going to the southeast coast like Florida, it takes 4 business days ground delivery time; to the northeast coast like New York, it takes 5 business days ground delivery time.
2 day or 3 day air delivery time options are available upon request.
